If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us and we will refund you the full purchase price. Please be aware that we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs.
This guarantee does not include any made to measure items as products are made to order are not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please make sure your items are securely wrapped.
When we have received your returned items and checked them, a refund will be made to you which will go onto the original payment method used.
Returned items should be posted back to us or sent by carrier. Please obtain proof of postage.
If you want us to arrange the collection of your item(s) for return, the use of the carriers will incur a charge of £14.95 per parcel.
Please ensure you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your intention to return any item(s) prior to sending, making sure you include your order number.
